I’ve been SUPER into purple lately. So much so, that I decided to combine a variety of shades of the color for this week’s Work Wear Wednesday post. And I have to say, I really dig it!
First of all, this Kate Spade Fur Collar Coat is adorable: the color is gorgeous and the frill detail is ultra feminine. I actually found it over the summer at the outlets, so it’s been sitting in my closet for months. Now it’s finally cold enough to wear it! I especially love how it looks over dresses (like how I wore it here). I got it at a steal – so go check your nearest Kate Spade Outlet location – they may still have some! Or you can find the dress on eBay, like the one I’ve linked!
Second of all, I got this Club Monaco Bow Cold Shoulder Dress 50% off – and in my size! That never happens. Usually, once their stuff goes on sale, the XS and S are gone – but this gem of a dress is still available in all sizes! I love the bow detail on the shoulders and the warm sweater material. Also, the official name of the dress I’m wearing is the “Hermione Dress” – like, Harry Potter for the win guys. I had to support my girl Hermione!
And last of all, I couldn’t resist these purple Marc Fisher pumps. The color alone sold me. Add to that how comfortable they are (size down half a size – I got a 7 and I’m normally a 7.5) and how perfect they’ll be for Spring/Summer. I justified my purchase based on how much I’m planning on wearing them, making the CPW (Cost Per Wear) low!
I hope your hump day isn’t too bad – why does the week always drag by after a holiday weekend??
